Comedy

The Wilbur is an intimate theater.. viewing is great from every seat. I sat in the Mezz front row. Saw Ginger Billy. From the moment we walked in. Everyone was very nice.. helpful.. joking around.. very comfortable. There are lots of steps going up.. w railing.. nobody rude.. letting everyone take their time. The bar was full but the staff was very nice.. made drinks fast and moved the line right along. They walked up to our seats. They were old thwarted seats need a little TLC but did the job so I was fine. The floor had tables and chairs. Didn’t look as comfortable sitting for two hrs.. but nobody complained. The show started a little later that 730. First comedian was funny. Kept the attention of he crowd. Engaged w them. Was enjoyable to watch. Ginger Billy was introduced and the crowd erupted! Was my first time seeing him. He was hysterical from start to finish.. telling stories that had you wrapped up laughing like he was a friend that stopped over telling you about his day or vacation.. it was great! When it ended.. I couldn’t believe it was over! It went so fast!! He was a great comedian and would recommend seeing him. The theater itself is perfect for a comedy show.. concert.. play.. etc. the size is great! Been many many times. Parking isn’t a far walk. Hotel near by. Plenty of food establishments near as well!
